You remain fully clothed and lie down on a massage table or sit in a straight-backed chair in a quiet environment. Simply relax while Sylvia Dingman holds her hands on or above several positions on the front and back of your body. She is a ‘straw’ for universal energy which flows through her to you – exactly where your body, mind and spirit need it for balancing and healing. The first visit includes an evaluation and discussion of your background.
Reiki combined with Zen Shiatsu energy techniques also relaxes your 4-legged companion and promotes healing. People-friendly dogs, cats, and horses are all welcome and are very open to the wonderful healing energy of Reiki. Guardians, please be present for the first session which includes an evaluation and discussion of your animal companion’s background.
